Toei CAD Design Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of TOEI HOUSING Corporation and
the first overseas base of operations for the TOEI HOUSING Group.In April 2014,
Toei CAD Design Corporation was established in Metro Manila,
Philippines as a center for CAD design operations of TOEI HOUSING.
Filipino employees under Japanese staff guidance carry out CAD design using Japanese-language software,
making use of TOEI HOUSING's wide-ranging knowledge cultivated through the supply of
approximately 87,000 houses to produce high-quality and reliable technical drawings.
By utilizing the unique Philippine environment characterized by cost benefits based on
high productivity as well as English-language communication abilities,
we hope to continue contributing to society's growth and
development as an ICT company that handles BPO centering primarily on tracing of drawings for housing.
Toei CAD Design Corporation is registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
